With General Manager Xiao Haitao's
resounding "Good luck for the opening of the business", the door of
Sanse Group opened at 8:08 on the eighth day of the first month January 29.
All employees of the group headquarters received the red envelope from the
members of the management committee, and stepped on a joyful path in the
colorful salute. They returned to work with a joyful pace amidst the colorful
firecrackers.
At 13:08 pm, the kick-off meeting of Sanse
Group was held on time.
Members of the group headquarters attended
the meeting on site, and Taizhou division manufacturer, Jiaxing division
manufacturer, Jilin division manufacturer, Wuhan division manufacturer and
Nanchang division manufacturer participated through video conference. The
meeting was hosted by Chen Hongbin, the Group's human resources administrative
director.
General Manager Xiao Haitao made a speech
to summarize the work of the Group in 2022 and mobilize in 2023. Looking back,
in 2022, the total sales of Sanse Group exceeded 276 million, and in December,
the company founded Nanchang Sanse, won the excellent supplier of Sunwoda, the
best collaboration award of JMC New Energy, and the lean logistics award of
Carrier Automobile, etc., a good news to inspire Sanse employees. Looking
ahead, Mr. Xiao put forward the general goal and asked all the staff to work
together to achieve 231% increase in sales in 2023, which was decomposed to
each subsidiary according to the goal. He introduced the company's main
projects and main products in 2023 to all staff, and gave clear instructions on
market development and sales services, project coordination and management,
strict cost control, factory delivery quality, and personnel and administrative
services sinking. In his speech, Mr. Xiao also released the information that
the company would make further improvement in two major aspects of staff's
concern, such as personnel salary and welfare optimization. Mr. Xiao's speech
injected new blood for all Sanse people to move forward and inspired the whole
staff to work together.
Wang Hao, deputy general manager of the
group, and Cai Xing made speeches on the work of the project management center
and project center under their charge. Mr. Wang made a detailed analysis of the
group's operation data and put forward the requirements for each subsidiary in
data management, while Mr. Cai pointed out the problems in 2022 and put forward
the improvement requirements in 2023 for the projects and procurement under his
charge.
During the meeting, we also commended the
employees with outstanding performance in 2022 and held the awarding ceremony
for the model workers and advanced workers in the headquarters, and Wang Jie, a
process engineer from the technical engineering department of Zhejiang Sanse,
spoke as the advanced representative.
Chairman Li Gachun of Sanse Group made a
speech at the end of the meeting, he fully affirmed the achievements of the
Management Committee in the management of the Group in 2022, and greatly
recognized the current operation mode and future management direction. In the
process of proposing the sprint goal, he hoped that all employees of Sanse
could work happily and enjoy life.
