Polishing
Mold polishing is the key to determining the surface finish of the product and whether it can be demolded smoothly. Our professional polishing teams know how to achieve the polishing requirements of different types of products, even mirror polishing levels.
Plating
SUASE has Japanese electroplating equipment and technology. Electroplating a layer of hard chrome metal on the surface of the mold can effectively prevent the mold from being injured, and make the surface of the mold smooth and bright, so that the mold can be easily demolded. It can also resist corrosion and prevent the effect of rust coating on the surface of the mold.
Hydraulic Presses
SUASE has 4000 tons/2000 tons/1500 tons and other hydraulic presses of multiple specifications, which allows us to do mold trails of all sizes of molds below 4000mm*3000mm for our clients.
Injection Machines
SUASE is equipped with Haitian brand clamping force of 700 tons and 1600 tons of injection machines to meet the needs of customers for injection mold trails and small batch production.
